10 Things to Know Before You Go
1. LOCATION & EVENT DETAILS
ART AUCTION + PARTY: Saturday, February 9, 7 to 10 pm
Advance ticket price $45/person (closes at Noon on Saturday).
Tickets at door are $55.

2. PARKING & SHUTTLE
Free on-street and surface lot parking within walking distance of the gallery.
Free shuttle service to parking throughout the night of the event.

There is plenty of free on-street parking along Armour and Ottley Drives. The two streets connect to form a big loop. Please do not park in the parking lots of area businesses. Doing so is at your own risk. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the evening and will stop at designated points along the route. Look for signs.


3. FESTIVE ATTIRE
"Art Party Fun" really anything goes,
so put on whatever makes you feel beautiful, sexy, or handsome.
We will have complimentary coat check inside.


4. TICKETS
If you purchased your tickets on line your name will be listed at Will Call. However, bringing a copy of your receipt will expedite entry.

Advance ticket sales close at Noon on Saturday. After that time, tickets can be purchased at the door for $55.


5. WHAT'S INSIDE (besides great art)
Complimentary small bites by: Article 14, Campagnalo Restaurant & Bar, Condesa Coffee, Escorpion, Fritti, Olmsted, Peasant Bistro, Sundial Restaurant, Bar & View, and U Restaurants.

A well-stocked Cash Bar featuring libations from: Cupcake Vineyards, Cupcake Vodka, Finlandia, Gentleman Jack, Jack Daniels, Red Bull, SweetWater Brewing Company, and Woodford Reserve.
ATM available on site.


6. SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction runs from 7 to 10 pm. The first section closes at 8:30pm.
SECTION CLOSING TIMES:
Orange: 8:30, Purple: 9:00, Green: 9:30, Blue: 10:00

HOW TO BID:
Simply write your FULL NAME and PHONE # with your BID AMOUNT on the bid sheet located next to each piece. Bid Monitors will be available to answer any questions.


7. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Accepted Forms of Payment For:
– ART PURCHASES: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
   8% sales tax will be added to all sales.
– TICKET PURCHASE: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
– BAR: CASH ONLY (atm available on site)


8. DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN?
You do NOT have to be present to win. There are two ways to try to win when not present. 1) Write your name on a bid sheet and hope no one outbids you, or 2) Absentee Bidding.

Should you need to leave before the end of the Auction but still wish to participate, you can fill out an Absentee Bid Form at the Absentee/Proxy Bid table near the front door. You will be asked to provide credit card information. If you are the winner, your card will be charged automatically.

If you are a winner, you will be notified on Sunday, February 10. You must pick up your work that day between noon and 5pm.

If you can't attend the event, but still wish to participate visit our Online Auction Preview Gallery and place an Absentee Bid. All bids must by placed by noon on Saturday, February 9.


9. HOW DO I GET THE WORK HOME?
– Once paid for, you may hand-carry your artwork from the building. Navis Pack & Ship, our shipping sponsor, can assist you with wrapping your work for carryout.
– You may also return to Mason Murer on Sunday, February 10 between noon and 5pm to pick up your artwork.
– All work must be paid for before leaving Mason Murer.
– Should you need assistance with delivery of your work, Navis Pack & Ship is onsite to help you. They can also provide quotes for shipping out of state.


10. CAN YOU RECOMMEND A HOTEL?
