Host Committee members enjoy special privileges that include admission to our exclusive Collectors' Preview,
to be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 – the evening before our 14th Annual Art Auction.
The Collectors' Preview is your exclusive sneak peak of the works being auctioned Saturday night and
includes tours of key pieces, plus the ability to bid on works and even purchase from a select group at
the Preview party. Plus you will enjoy a complimentary bar and delicious bites during this VIP evening featuring stellar art and entertainment.
The success of the Auction has much to do with the composition of the Host Committee, and I hope you
will consider joining this select group of individuals. To join, we ask for a tax-deductible contribution
of $300 for an individual or $500 for a couple and assistance in spreading the word about the Auction.
Host Committee privileges include:
- Receive an invitation to the Collectors' Preview evening on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 7-9 pm – one ticket for a $300 donation and two tickets for a $500 donation.
- Have the ability to pre-bid on artwork at the Collectors' Preview, as well as purchase outright from a select group of works.
- Participate in tours that will give you the inside scoop on artworks to watch during the Auction.
- Receive one pass per Host Committee member to the 14th Annual Art Auction on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 7-10 pm at Mason Murer Fine Art.
- Receive VIP treatment at Saturday night's Auction.
- Be recognized in print and electronic invitations, on our website, and in other promotional materials pre- and post-event.
- Receive a special thank you in the March/April 2013 issue of ART PAPERS Magazine.
