Kyra Baker attended the University of Southern California, where she studied political science and cinematic arts. In addition to fact checking for ART PAPERS, she was an editorial assistant for the publishers of the science fiction anthology Mothership: Tales from Afrofuturism and Beyond. She grew up in Mobile, Alabama and lives in the Atlanta area.
